Our Mission

Our mission is to move beings through trauma.

By moving in certain ways we help release all kinds of trauma stored in the body.

Whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual trauma, it is trapped and it needs to be released to achieve the highest potential of the human body.

We provide client sessions and Teacher Training for both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods.

About the Gyrotonic® Method

Gyrotonic® Method creator, Juliu Horvath, thoughtfully created a specialized line of equipment around the human body's natural movement patterns.

Gyrotonic equipment is adjustable and customizable (height, range of motion, length of arms and legs) to fit each person's unique physical abilities.

Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® lessons

The Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® Methods are complementary exercise methods

Gyrotonic® exercises are performed on custom designed Gyrotonic® equipment, whereas Gyrokinesis® exercises are performed on a mat and chair.

Both Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® exercise sequences are composed of spiraling, circular movements which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions with corresponding breathing patterns.

Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression.

These carefully crafted sequences create balance, agility, strength and flexibility.
