Please Note.

1. If you are coming by car, please prepare to use 4x4 as our studio is up a steep hill with a birds eye view! Most TukTuks can also make it up the hill. If need be, please feel free to walk up the hill and enjoy a warmup cardio on the way to the top.

2. Please bring socks for the workout to keep the studio clean & hygienic. We also sell ToeSox here.

3. Please come 15 minutes earlier to give yourself time to change & hydrate before class begins. Hydration is so important to our daily wellbeing.

4. We only accept cash payment at the studio, BCR Transfer or online payment via PayPal.

5. We are a plant based vegan property. No alcohol or cigarette smoking is permitted.
